472 HEMI Crate Motor

The 472 Hemi crate motor with increased displacement and power is an impressive step up from the familiar 426 Hemi.

The 525 horsepower Hemi comes with high quality chrome valve covers, breathers, front cover and includes Mopar's precision high Performance electronic distributor. This new engine uses a basic 6-quart rear sump oil pan (1970-71 E-Body style). Mopar Performance Parts recommends the use of a 850 cfm Holley carburetor with vacuum secondary and a 2" exhaust header.
